Harvest Wine Dinner
Join us to celebrate harvest!! At the event we will be presenting our first Five Course Wine Pairing Dinner Oct 20th from 6pm to 9pm. During the event Head Chef Ryan Wall along with Sous Chef Scott Atkinson will present Five creative offerings that they paired with Five Stoney Ridge Wines for your enjoyment. As each course is served Ryan / Scott will explain the dish and Dale & Mary will chime in with some tasting notes on each wine.
Course 1 - Swallow Barn - Pumpkin Soup, Ancho Chili Oil, Pepitas, Herb Crema
Course 2 - Riesling - Crostini, Citrus Mascarpone, Michigan Apple Salad
Course 3 - Chardonnay - Roasted Pork Medallion, Apple-Beetroot Puree, Baby Arugula, Maple-Mustard Vin
Course 4 - Frick & Frack - Grilled Duck Breast, Butternut Squash, Cranberry-Sage Tapenade, Frick & Frack Reduction
Course 5 - Walk Thru Red - Baked Apple Cider Donut, Poached Pear, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Pancetta Crumble
This is planned to be the first of our monthly wine dinners we will be hosting throughout the Fall and winter seasons. The event is limited to 36 people.
